With over 17 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Brittany Hines brings extensive expertise in mental health and substance use treatment, with a specialized focus on regulatory compliance and clinical operations. As the Chief Compliance Officer at Magnolia Meadows, Brittany ensures that the organization not only meets but exceeds standards set by state licensing agencies and The Joint Commission, all while keeping patient care, safety, and dignity at the forefront.

Brittany’s commitment to behavioral health is deeply personal. Raised in a family impacted by addiction, she began attending family programs as a child and later found guidance through Al-Anon and Adult Children of Alcoholics. She has experienced firsthand the heartbreak of losing loved ones to addiction and mental illness—including her father, brother, and uncle. These personal experiences have fueled her passion for improving the behavioral health system and supporting families navigating similar challenges.

Throughout her career, Brittany has held roles that span direct care, program development, and leadership across residential and outpatient settings. Her work is defined by a deep respect for clinical integrity, ethical standards, and the operational structures that support high-quality care. At Magnolia Meadows, she plays a vital role in shaping policies, ensuring accountability, and fostering a culture of transparency and compassion.

Outside of her professional life, Brittany is a devoted mother of three. She also stepped up to help raise her younger siblings and niece, continuing the cycle of support and resilience that defines both her personal and professional story. She enjoys traveling, hiking to waterfalls, trying new restaurants, watching crime documentaries, cheering for college football, and supporting Nashville SC.
