Tracy Rogers, LMHC, LPC is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than two decades of experience in hospital administration and mental health counseling. Known for her ability to foster operational efficiency and guide organizations through meaningful change, Tracy has strengthened patient access, improved outcomes, and built cultures of accountability and collaboration. She is highly regarded for her skill in uniting physicians, administrators, staff, and stakeholders around shared goals, breaking down barriers to communication, and driving sustainable success.

Tracy’s passion for transforming lives is deeply rooted in her dual perspective as both a leader and a therapist. She believes that every individual deserves compassionate, effective care that fosters healing and empowerment. Her connection to the first responder community—through family members who have served in these roles—adds a personal layer of purpose to her work. As a co-founder of Magnolia Meadows, Tracy has dedicated herself to creating a safe, supportive space where Veterans and First Responders can recover, rebuild, and thrive. She sees this mission not only as professional work, but as a personal calling to give back to those who serve and protect.

Beyond her professional life, Tracy enjoys time with her family, cheering on her son at baseball games, and caring for her three French Bulldogs.
